Lifestyle analysis:

Completion of a personal set of questions in the presence of a consultant who is there to answer any queries and begin the processes of goal setting, brainstorming barriers and the building of coping strategies. Stress, activity and alcohol levels are evaluated along with smoking and dietary habits.

Health screening:

A one to one appointment with a consultant who will perform one or all of the following procedures, all of which are acknowledged physical indicators of the state of physical health of your body.
  • Height and Weight Checks
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Lung function
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition
  • Cardiovascular Fitness Assessment
  • Muscular Strength and Endurance Testing
  • Flexibility
Dietary Assessment:

High stress and anxiety levels often lead to problems in eating regularly and well. The balance between energy consumption and energy expenditure is therefore a fundamental premise for weight and stress management. We offer two tiers of dietary assessment which are very much determined by your requirements and wishes.

Option one is "Dietary Profiling" which takes 30 minutes to complete and allows you to explore your eating habits and dietary intake using our interactive software programme. The results are immediately discussed in a one to one consultation.

Option two, "The Full Dietary Report" which requires you to complete a diet diary for one week prior to the consultation. The results are collated and a report issued which reveals excesses and deficits in all the major food components as well as offering advice sheets on how to improve current habits. The report findings are then discussed in a one to one consultation session.
